Can I return/exchange my purchase?
At this moment, ROXANNA only accepts exchanges with UNWORN items. U.S. customers have 15 days from the date your items are delivered to exchange for different size or store credit. All tags must be on garment. Please refer to our size chart or reach out to RoxannaNewYork@gmail.com for sizing questions. Please follow care to keep your swimwear in the best condition. Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of the item; as this is a natural occurrence of the fabric. Ensure to rinse it in cold water immediately after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
When will my order ship?
All swimwear is made to order and handmade. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to ship out from order date. After processing, items are shipped using Express 1-2 day If an item is needed by a certain date, please email us PRIOR to purchasing to see if we can get it to you by the date needed. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on weekends.
